2008 Fundraising Event

Bottles are ricocheting through North Alabama!
Youth
groups, Church Congregations, Offices, and Civic Organizations join us in
this campaign
Help raise funds for Her Choice Birmingham’s ministry
How does it work?
-
The group receives all necessary
materials and preassembled baby bottles from Her Choice Birmingham
Women's Center.
-
The group advertises the campaign in
their church or organization prior to the distribution of the bottles.
-
On the selected date, the baby bottles
are distributed.
-
Individuals take the bottles home, fill
them with checks, currency or coins, and return them to the church or
organization on a designated date a couple of weeks later. The bottles
contain an insert where one may list the name and address of a mother
(or any person(s) to be honor. Her Choice will send a card to them
showing that you have made a gift for life in their honor. One may also
include memorials for deceased relatives or friends.
-
The bottles are collected two weeks
after distribution and returned to Her Choice Birmingham Women's Center.
The Center will be responsible for counting the money and sending the
notes.
What is the money used for?
The baby
bottle campaign is used to fund the center’s programs that help women in
crisis pregnancies make healthy decisions. Some of the services Her Choice
provides for their clients include:

this campaign, Her Choice will provide a finale party if desired to
celebrate the success of the Baby Bottle Boomerang event.
The needs
are great and the possibilities are limitless.
We would
appreciate your consideration for your donation and volunteer hours.
